— A weekly letter

From the drawing table.

A short letter, every Wednesday, about one piece of design. Four hundred words, one opinion, no tracking. Free.

Every Wednesday morning, an email about one piece of design — a billboard that does or does not do its job, a menu that fights its own readers, a logo that has aged better than expected, a typography decision in a corporate identity that keeps it from looking corporate.

The letters will be short. Four hundred words is the budget — long enough to make a point, short enough not to waste your morning. They will be opinions, not reviews. They will be wrong sometimes; design opinions usually are.

The first letter, Why we opened the studio, arrives Wednesday, 27 May 2026.
