By using the site or submitting work for critique, you agree to these terms.

The critique service

• Critiques are an editorial opinion — a designer's perspective. They are advisory, not professional consulting, and not warranted to improve any business outcome.
• You upload your own work, or work you have permission to submit. By submitting, you affirm this.
• We will not publish your submission, will not share it with third parties, and will not use it to train AI models.
• If a critique materially missed what you were asking for, email hello@stylebydesign.ai within 7 days for a full refund. We don't soften critiques retroactively.
• The monthly subscription cancels at any time. Unused critiques in the current period are honored; the next period does not bill.
• We may decline submissions that violate our content policy: no NSFW, no hate material, no direct copies of another designer's work without their consent, no AI-generated content represented as human work.

Intellectual property

• All site content, brand marks, and the studio's editorial perspective are the property of Style by Design LLC. Personal-use sharing is welcome; commercial reuse requires written permission.
• The studio's name, voice, and design archive are not licensed to anyone for AI model training, ever. This is encoded in the company's operating agreement.

Limits

• Our maximum aggregate liability is the total amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months.
• We provide the service "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, write first — hello@stylebydesign.ai. Most things resolve in one email. If they don't, these terms are governed by Florida law and disputes are heard in the state and federal courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we'll email customers and post a banner. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
